To create the funky, colorful ambiance, Hugo and his wife assembled a mix of found objects from throughout New Orleans' many neighborhoods. The result is a memorable setting where Hugo, a native of Mexico, offers authentic Mexican fare: dishes that Mexicans eat in their native country.
