Jonathan Cohen
Jonathan Cohen is Operational Manager and Beginner's Coach for the New Orleans Fencing Club. Jonathan gives us an overview of the long history of fencing in New Orleans and describes the three weapons: foil, epee, and sabre. He also tells us about the first New Orleans Fencing Club, and its founder. Finally, Jonathan explains how technology has changed this age-old discipline. Although duels under the oaks are now only historic memories, fencing is still alive and well in New Orleans.
